AuctionSplash now offers users the ability to add a video clips in eBay Auctions. AuctionSplash handles all the conversion and hosting so that all you have to do is to select which video you want to show in your auction. Videos will be converted from most formats so you can make your video using a camcorder, digital camera or even your mobile phone. |

Adding video clips into eBay auctions allows you to demonstrate neat features, that will boost the final value of the auction. Video clips also give potential buyers greater confidence in the auction item and (in our experience) increase the final bid price. |

To add as video clip to an auction simply tick the video checkbox in the 'Create Listing' window. Select the video clip, click convert to process it into a Flash file and AuctionSplash automatically adds it to the top of the auction template. |

To use video in your auctions you must first download ffmpeg. This is an open source program that handles the video conversion. The ffmpeg file can be downloaded from here and must be unzipped into c:\AuctionSplash\ffmpeg
